Marie Radermacher

Marie Radermacher, 86, Monango, died Wednesday, July 16, 2008, at the Oakes Community Hospital.

Her funeral service was held at 5 p.m. Friday, July 18, 2008 at Transfiguration Catholic Church, Edgeley.

Interment was at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Edgeley.

Marie Johanna Broerman was born December 3, 1921 in Melrose, Minn., the daughter of Henry and Mary (Klonne) Broerman. She was raised on the family farm near Melrose and attended school in Sauk Centre, Minn.

After her schooling, she worked on the family farm. On June 10, 1943, she married Sylvester Radermacher and they settled on a farm east of Sauk Centre. In 1957, they purchased a farm near Monango, where she continued to live until the present.
